‘We have asked Ms Niesen’s support to improve our international team’s performance by building a better mutual understanding, developing an international mind-set and improving information flow and communication-processes within our virtual team. The process consisted of trainings, process consulting and workshops for both team members and management. Transfer check a couple of weeks after the interventions proved that people trusted each other more and as a result of that exchanged far more relevant information than before. Ms. Niesen understands a different culture not only from training processes but also from her experience.
